Air conditioning and generator are standard in the "richly appointed" cabin that features a full galley with a stainless steel refrigerator, Corian countertops, microwave, built in coffee pot, and a single-burner electric stove.
A cherry wood electric dinette table lowers to convert to a full v-berth. Above the v-berth, cushions and backrests convert to bunks to sleep a total of four people in the forward portion of the cabin.
One of my favorite features of the Coastal 340 is a well-lit cabin with 2 side portholes and 3 overhead hatches equipped with sliding sunscreens. My second favorite was the entertainment package that included Sirius Satellite radio (six month subscription) and CD player. The model we viewed also had a mounted flat-screen with a DVD player.
