Summer Boating Festivals

Across the nation, and even the world, boaters are rafting together in lakes, rivers, harbors and coves to celebrate the summer. A tradition among boaters, some boat parties are wet and wild where leaving the kids at home is a good idea, while others are more traditional with good old fashion family fun.
